Truck Scale

A truck scale, also known as a weighbridge, is a large weighing instrument used to measure the weight of trucks and other heavy vehicles. It consists of a platform or bridge - like structure on which the truck is driven onto for weighing. The scale uses load cells or other weighing mechanisms to accurately measure the force exerted by the vehicle and convert it into an accurate weight reading. Truck scales are commonly used in various industries such as logistics, transportation, mining, and construction for purposes like cargo weighing, billing, and ensuring compliance with weight regulations. They can be either static, where the truck stops on the scale for weighing, or dynamic, which can measure the weight of a moving truck.
